Arrived about 12.30 on a Wed, lucky to get 2 seats. Ordered coffees and a sandwich. The lady in charge was really friendly, chatted to us. I believe her name is Alice. The sandwich tasted very good. Service was prompt and all staff on duty all served with a smile. I would gladly come back again.

Nice spot for a quick breakfast before spending a few hours shopping. The food hall is busy and bustling on the weekend, but the wait was quite short. All of the pastries and desserts are absolutely gorgeous, wish I could have tried more. The cinnamon bun was delicious and served warm, the pain au chocolat nice and flakey. Excellent iced lattes as well.

During a recent shopping trip to Harrods in London, we paused for a much-needed break at The Coffee Bar, and what a treat it was! We ordered the Caramel Matcha and a slice of Tiramisu, and both were absolutely superb. The Caramel Matcha was a delightful surprise—perfectly balanced with just the right touch of sweetness, making it a refreshing and unique choice. And the Tiramisu? It was heavenly, light, and incredibly flavourful, easily one of the best we've had. The Coffee Bar provided the perfect setting for a luxurious pause amidst the hustle and bustle of Harrods. It truly elevated our shopping experience in London into something more special. If you're looking for a refined coffee spot while exploring this iconic department store, we highly recommend stopping here for a delicious pick-me-up.

Great experience with the bar layout in the middle of the food halls. My decaf cortado was lovely-full bodied, unlike some ones elsewhere. Heads up-there is usually a queue and they like to sit you next to others so spaces are free for groups. This means there's not much privacy or much space between people-cosy!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Başak at the Coffee Bar in Harrods, and I genuinely can’t express how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with the kindest smile and an energy that made the entire place feel even more special. Not only was her service impeccable—attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly professional—but she also brought a personal warmth that turned a simple coffee stop into one of the highlights of my visit. She anticipated every need, made thoughtful recommendations, and handled everything with such grace and joy. Başak is truly a gem—an outstanding human being who radiates kindness and passion for what she does.
